Cloverdale is part of a group of nine homes owned by a family.  The family has been in the caring business for a period of 15 years and take a very active part in running the business.  One of the proprietors is a Registered Mental Nurse.

Four of these homes are around the Grimsby area (Waltham, Laceby, Bradley and Grimsby) in North East Lincolnshire, two of the homes are in villages (Burringham and Haxey) in North Lincolnshire and the remaining three homes are in Dewsbury in Kirklees.  

Each home has its own Manager.  Currently one of the proprietors manages a Home in the group directly (Cloverdale Care Home).  The Senior Management team in the group consists of an Operations Manager, a Finance Manager and a Human Resources Manager.  

The services that the group provides vary from residential care for the elderly right through to EMI Nursing Care for the elderly.

This fairly flat management structure helps to run the whole group like a small family and the proprietors are particularly proud of being able to create this family atmosphere in the group.
