From a company structure point of view, the group is called Dryband One Ltd. Dryband owns all of the shares of three subsidiary companies called Northfields Care Homes Ltd., Isle Care (Axholme) Ltd. and P B Residential Care Homes Ltd.
This financial structure is primarily due to the manner in which Dryband expanded to acquire the other homes.
It is company strategy to ‘market’ each home with its own identity and name rather than marketing the group. This way the residents and staff of the Home associate with the Home’s identity rather than the group.
