We are very proud of our staff because, although large on number, they know our residents very well and are able to care for our residents in every way, helping them when necessary with washing and dressing and giving any other assistance that may be required.  

In addition to the care staff there are four domestic staff to do the "housework", and four excellent cooks that take care of the catering.  All of our staff get to know our residents very well and each resident is assigned a key worker.

It is their task to communicate with the resident, relaying their needs back to other members of staff and really becomes a liaison between the resident, their relatives and the home.
